You have 7 Days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return/ exchange, you can raise the request in your my orders page and be patient. Once the exchange/ return is verified by our support team, reverse pick-up will be initiated.
We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
You can exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or a completely different product. Simply return your original order and place a new order for the desired item.
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged.
Sale items or products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Mention the items you wish to return or exchange.
4. Choose whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
5. Send us the email, our team will get back to you & will help you out further.
You can also exchange orginal product with a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it's less, the same can be refunded to you as a gift card
For Prepaid: - Once your return is processed, your refund will be initiated back refund to your original payment method.
For COD: Refund will be initiated to the bank account that is provided by you at the time of raising the request.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange a return, exchange, or refund.
